Well, kids, it's back to school one and all for another go 'round with our dear and darling professors, teachers, principals, headmasters and bosses! Good luck to all and sundry!
However, while I mourn and bemoan the death of our collective freedom, allow me to stand on my soapbox for a moment... You see, I have quite a few friends who cannot afford to go back to school this semester. I mourn for them far more than I mourn for our freedom. So for those of you still in school, value this time when you are encouraged to change your mind constantly about what you want to study. Value the opportunity to learn something new everyday. Value the novelty of having books to read and people with whom to discuss them.
Ok, soapbox gone now. I love you all and I promise to post again as soon as I have something I consider good enough for posting!
